♡ 產品設計 ♡ 陶博館 參觀心得
首先，我們欣賞了陶瓷文化的主題影片，裡面主要介紹關於陶瓷文化的由來和它成品製成的過程，相當精采 ! 我本來以為陶瓷的製作過程相當容易，但事實上並不如我想像中的那麼簡單。一件好的陶瓷品，每個步驟都必需非常細心 ! 剛開始時的練土，師父就必須用力拍打將空氣擠壓出來，否則泥土中的空氣會讓作品在燒製時爆裂，那可就前功盡棄了 ! 所以第一個步驟也不能稍微馬虎。接下來師父用它累積多年的功力，用手拉坯成想要的形狀，動作很利落，不是一般出學者做的出來的 ! 還有另一種是模具成型，可以大量翻製，就像是那些這裡隨處可見的小杯子、碗等等，價格當然也便宜很多。其實每一種方法做出來的成品都有其不同的風格，也各有其限制。下一個步驟是陰乾，陰乾的速度是依作品的大小、厚薄、天氣而定，正常的天氣大約是一星期左右，如果需要加速乾燥可以將生坏先用電扇將表面吹至變色後，放於電窯(早期大多是柴燒
，但因為污染環境的關係，現在大多改成電窯了！)內維持溫度200度烘乾。再來，土坏再皮革硬度的時後，就必須將表面磨到光滑才行。接下來就到素燒的部分了，溫度大概是800度~850度之間。素燒出來後的施釉，是我認為最精采也最耗工的部分 ! 影片中有介紹到釉下彩(先將一些特別的顏料，畫在坯體上，然後再上釉，釉燒後使作品呈現特別的效果。釉像一層保護膜，覆蓋於色料之上，在高溫燒至1100度C至1200度C以上，所以較具安全。）和
釉上彩(坯體經過素燒高溫釉燒後，將釉上彩的顏料塗於坯體上，在經過第三次的窯燒才完成。釉上彩多用低溫【700～900度C】處理，且因釉彩原料含鉛，所以用釉上採製造食用器皿時，需特別注意安全性。)我個人是比較喜歡使用釉下彩所做出來的瓷器，顏色比較鮮豔。釉上彩的瓷器屬於比較柔美的感覺，其實也是不錯。只要一想到上面的花紋都是用人工所繪製出來的，就覺得瓷器很值得收藏。再來就是最後一個步驟:釉燒，溫度大約在1100度~1260度之間。陶瓷在窯內燒成，才會堅固耐用。現在鶯歌一般常用的窯有下列幾種：電窯、立方窯、隧道窯、滾軸窯等。(陶博館內有一個傳統隧道窯模擬體驗區讓我印象很深刻，因為做的很逼真，我們大家都一直忙著在裡面拍照，站在裡面都覺得自己快燒焦了呢 ! )
瓷器的製作過程如此精細，若不是有影片介紹，還真的不知道背後工作人員的辛苦呢 ! 真的不枉此行，令我大開眼界而且印象深刻。
看完影片以後，老師讓我們自行參觀，我非常喜歡這種自由參觀的感覺，不用跟著大家的腳步前進 ! 我可以想多待一會就多待一會，我想到別處參觀就可以馬上前往。一路上我也拍下了許多令我特別有印象的瓷器藝術品。在這當中還有一個展場中的阿姨來問我們一個瓷器中所寫的字和圖的涵義，非常的有趣。
展場中有畫家的油畫和他所繪畫的瓷器擺在一起，目的應該是要告訴我們畫在瓷器上的畫，也絕不遜色於平面的油畫，反而更多添了一股立體感。我還發現，原來瓷器也能做出各種不同的造型，例如:人、瓜等等。
真的很特別 ! 然而參觀的同時也不難發覺工業與精密陶瓷扮演了生化中重要的角色，在未來科技產品中亦佔有一席之地。
參觀完了陶博館後已經下午一點多了，早餐和中餐都沒吃的我們都快餓扁了。於是我們發揮了「路長在嘴巴上」的功力，一路上詢問阿婆壽司的所在地，不一會的功夫就找到了 !
吃完了美味的壽司和味增湯後，我們就馬上前往陶瓷老街去挖寶。
整條路都滿著瓷器感覺好妙 ! 我們邊走邊玩，邊玩邊看，時間過的好快 ! 一路上還發現有搖椅，我們也做在那玩了好一會才又繼續前進。印象中有幾家小店佈置的好可愛，裡面擺滿各式各樣可愛的陶瓷娃娃，令人目不轉睛。而且在逛的時候都要非常小心翼翼，深怕一轉個身就要賠上好幾千元了呢 !走著走著， 我們走到一家「阿嬤『入下』豆花」引起了我們熱烈的討論，所以我決定去買豆花來吃的同時，好好跟阿嬤問清楚那個字的涵義以及發音。賣豆花的阿嬤告訴我們『入下』的意思是『的』，至於發音我們到吃完豆花後，還是沒搞清楚怎麼唸。要走的時候看見牆上有阿嬤年輕時與Burts Bees和一些政治人的合影，原來，這也是一家小有名氣的店 !
大約下午四點，我們回車上拿行李後，就到鶯歌火車站搭電車回去，結束今天美好的行程。
